What is ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign gives you the email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools you need to create incredible customer experiences. Unstack's integration with them allows you to leverage our direct connection to drive your email marketing growth.

How to setup this integration

Head over to the integrations page within Unstack and click the + button within the row of ActiveCampaign under CRM integrations.

You'll need;

  • Account URL (Settings > Developer)
  • API Access Key (Settings > Developer)
  • Account ID (Settings > Account)

What happens once I set this up

We will import your contacts from ActiveCampaign so that your Unstack CRM is entirely synced, we'll also provide you the ability to push new contacts into ActiveCampaign via contact creation and form submission.

Additionally, we'll add the standard ActiveCampaign tracking code to your site's <head> automatically; to help inform ActiveCampaign, we'll also send user IPs so that your tracking is accurate.

Pushing contacts into ActiveCampaign

You can send a contact into ActiveCampaign via two methods, creating a contact manually on the contacts page or via a form submission when you use the list selection dropdown at the bottom of the form settings modal.

Sending via manual contact creation

When adding a contact on the contacts page, use the dropdown at the bottom of the contact modal to send their information to ActiveCampaign as well as the Unstack CRM.

Sending via form submission settings

When setting up an Unstack form, scroll to the bottom of the setup modal and select the ActiveCampaign list you'd like to them push to. Once this is set and the form is saved, any submissions to that form will also submit to that respective Active Campaign list.
