Setting a timezone
How do I adjust my account's timezone?
Note: In order to keep things simple, each account has one timezone, and timezones are set at the account level and not the user level.
- Go to the settings page
- Make the adjustment within the first row of the settings page which will be adjustable if you're an Account Owner of Admin
- Once you've made the adjustment to the correct timezone, click the "Save" button which will appear to ensure the change remains
|I cannot find the timezone setting, it's not appearing for me.||
There are two possibilities:
1. You do not have the correct role and need to contact your account admin
2. You need to hard refresh your browser: CTRL + SHIFT + R
Try hard-refreshing first then contact your account's admin.
