Setting a timezone

How do I adjust my account's timezone?

 

Note: In order to keep things simple, each account has one timezone, and timezones are set at the account level and not the user level.

 

  1. Go to the settings page
  2. Make the adjustment within the first row of the settings page which will be adjustable if you're an Account Owner of Admin

  3. Once you've made the adjustment to the correct timezone, click the "Save" button which will appear to ensure the change remains

Troubleshooting

Problem Suggestion
I cannot find the timezone setting, it's not appearing for me.

There are two possibilities:

1. You do not have the correct role and need to contact your account admin

2. You need to hard refresh your browser: CTRL + SHIFT + R

Try hard-refreshing first then contact your account's admin.
